TN Rush Players at Rushfest 2011

Rush Fest 2011 took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico this year and six TN Rush 99s attended along with Coach Chris Cook. The girls, Alex Harber, Alexis Seward and Alexis Montgomery played with teams from Colorado, Michigan and Iowa. The boys, Jacob Bray, Logan Payne, and Sebastian Musicante played with players from Pikes Peak and New Mexico. They had a great time with some awesome coaching, competitive games, skills and classroom sessions. They also went to a local amusement park and had a blast trading spirit items with teams from all over the country. There were a total of 13 girl teams and 8 boy teams in attendance. As a result of their play, two girls were asked to guest play with Colorado Rush 99 Nike Girls in an upcoming tournament in Denver. Upcoming tournament guest play offers with a couple of teams for one of the boys was also made. Rush Select coaches were also there watching and evaluating players for the rush select teams. All of the TN RUSH attendees had very good showings. It was a great experience for all.
